BOURDILLON IKOYI LAGOS: PROJECT GT

Designed by Greyson Living, Project GT is a study in restraint, balance, and emotional clarity. The home is grounded in a neo-contemporary language, where clean architectural lines meet sculptural detailing and a carefully controlled palette. Rather than relying on excess, the design focuses on proportion, materiality, and atmosphere allowing each space to breathe while maintaining a strong visual identity throughout. The living areas are composed with intention. Custom millwork, refined surfaces, and curated art elements work quietly together, while layered lighting brings warmth and dimension to the interiors, shifting subtly with the time of day. The result is a space that feels calm yet expressive, elevated without feeling formal. Flow was central to the design approach. Each room connects naturally to the next, creating continuity without repetition. Details are precise, finishes are purposeful, and every element serves both function and feeling.
