Project RY is a fully realised neo-futuristic luxury home, thoughtfully designed by Greyson Living to explore the relationship between architecture, emotion, and future-forward living.
Conceived as a calm yet expressive residence, the home unfolds through a series of layered spaces that prioritise flow, scale, and material integrity. Every transition is intentional from the moment of arrival to the private quarters allowing the architecture to guide movement and emotion naturally.
At the heart of the home is a dramatic double-height living space, anchored by a one-of-a-kind, double-height onyx TV wall a rare architectural installation at this scale in Lagos. The onyx responds dynamically to light throughout the day, introducing depth, movement, and a quiet sense of luxury that evolves with time. Complementing this is a handmade, oversized 10-foot sculptural face artwork, carefully proportioned to the vertical volume of the space, creating a powerful yet restrained dialogue between art and architecture.
The living experience is conceived as a continuous composition, incorporating an anteroom, integrated living room bar, and a custom under-stairs sculptural landscape. Rather than treating secondary areas as residual spaces, each zone is designed as part of the overall architectural narrative, adding rhythm, texture, and visual balance.
The home features an open-plan show kitchen and dining area, designed for social interaction and visual clarity, alongside a discreet service kitchen that supports functionality without interrupting the aesthetic flow. Private areas include a Primary Suite, Secondary Suite, and guest bedrooms, each designed as personal retreats grounded in calm palettes, soft lighting, and tactile materials.
Circulation within the home is elevated through a sculptural passage leading to the Secondary Suite, transforming movement into an experience rather than a transition. Additional lifestyle spaces include a family lounge, private cinema, home gym, and dual rooftop terraces, offering both social and private outdoor experiences.
Throughout Project RY, the design language remains consistent neo-futuristic, sculptural, and emotionally grounded. Technology, lighting, and custom detailing are seamlessly integrated, allowing the home to feel forward-thinking without appearing excessive or cold.
